Full time APCO 25 Repeater On The Air in NE OK.

Joe WA5VMS, has a P25 repeater up and running from a tower near lake Ft. Gibson on 444.8 MHz (+5 MHz NAC code 293).

New 927.650 Machine and a Much Improved 147.33 Repeater comes to Lake Ft. Gibson Area

Joe WA5VMS and crew erected a 136' Rohn 45 tower near Lake Ft. Gibson and established a new analog FM repeater on 927.650 TX and 902.650 RX with a DCS code of 074. The DCS code may be changed if interference with a repeater on the same channel with the same DCS code near Bartlesville occurs. Also on the same tower is an improved version of the 147.33 (+600 88.5 PL) down on the two meter band. The 147.93/33 machine also will respond to transmissions using p25 mode with a NAC of 293, however it only transmits analog FM.

443.875 AD5RM OKC back in operation

We have learned that the 443.875 PL 162.2 AD5RM machine in OKC is back in operation after completion of antenna repairs.

K5GSM/R 442.3 near Granite has moved to Fay (near Watonga) and is now on 442.375

Trustee Brian K5GSM acquired a spot on a tower at the new QTH, but was slightly too close to another machine in the NW district, so we coordinated a new pair and the machine is now on the air from the Blaine county site operating on 447.375 RX/442.375 TX from an HAAT of 492 FT, and an effective radiated power of about 300 watts. The machine is linked to the 145.11 near Alfalfa in Caddo county which in turn is linked to 145.410 in OKC in order to help with Skywarn and emergency operations in NW Oklahoma.

OKLAHOMA REPEATER COORDINATION RECENT NEWS Revised 7/29/14

We just received an update from K5NOV that the KF5RDI 146.865 in Perry NE district, is now an Echo Link node, the repeater is accessed using a 141.3 PL tone and is open to all.

In the SE district coming soon to Stigler, a repeater on 145.25 PL 141.3 and 442.650 also 141.3 PL.

In Central Oklahoma it is now confirmed that N5KUK 444.75 repeater is now dead, and has been reborn as W5TC 444.75 D-Star operated by the OUARC, W5JA is the trustee.

Update Robert Tully KA5EOS SK W5KSU Michael now Trustee of Repeater

UPDATE: We just received confirmation that Michael Campbell W5KSU has taken over this machine (147.105 +600 no pl) and it is operational at a site in Guthrie (Logan County). The call on the machine was changed from KA5EOS to W5KSU.
